Summary (not a substitute for the full license):
You can use the illustrations in unlimited personal and commercial projects for yourself or clients. Single-seat by default: one human designer per license. Teams need additional seats or a Team/Extended license. You can modify, recolor, and combine assets. You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the source files; don’t turn them into another illustration pack or template where users can extract the originals. No AI training or dataset creation without written permission. For templates / themes / Notion, make sure end users can’t extract the raw files. If they can, you’ll need an Extended license.
1) Definitions
Assets: Digital illustration files (e.g., SVG, PNG, PDF) and related materials sold via the Site. Licensee / you: The purchaser and end user of the license. Seat: One human user (designer/creator) actively working with the source files. End Product: A project that incorporates the Assets in a new, finished work (e.g., websites, apps, decks, ads, social graphics, videos, PDFs, Notion pages).
2) Grant of License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Assets as permitted below. Title and all intellectual property rights remain with us.
3) Permitted Uses (Standard License)
With a single seat you may: Use Assets in unlimited personal and commercial End Products for yourself and for multiple clients. Modify (recolor, scale, edit) and combine Assets with other elements. Embed/flatten Assets in exports (e.g., JPG/PNG/SVG merged into a layout, PDF, video, slide deck). Use across websites, landing pages, SaaS/app UI, pitch decks, social media, ads, presentations, ebooks, and Notion pages. Produce physical prints/merch for a client or brand as part of a design (stickers, posters, apparel, packaging), provided you are not selling the Assets themselves or an image that is essentially the unmodified Asset alone.
4) Seats, Teams & Contractors
Single seat = one human creator. If more than one team member needs to open/edit the source files, purchase additional seats or a Team/Extended license. Contractors/freelancers who edit the source files count as seats. If they only place flattened exports (e.g., PNG in Figma) without access to originals, they don’t require an extra seat.
5) Client Work
You may deliver End Products to clients. Clients can use those End Products, but cannot extract or reuse the source Assets separately. If a client wants ongoing access to the original files, they must buy their own license.
6) Templates, Themes & Notion Distributions
You may use Assets in templates (Notion, Webflow, Framer, Figma, etc.) only if end users cannot access or extract the original source files. If end users can access the original Assets (e.g., SVGs are included as separate downloadable files), you must obtain an Extended License (contact LorisDan@gmail.com ). You may not create a competing pack/library or an icon/illustration set using our Assets as the core ingredient.
7) Print-on-Demand (POD)
POD is allowed when the Asset is part of a larger, original design. Purely reselling the Asset (or a minimally modified version) on merchandise is not allowed.
8) Prohibited Uses
You must not: Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the source files or derivatives as clip art, packs, or in any format where they can be extracted. Claim the Assets as your own artwork or register them as a trademark or design mark in unmodified or near-unmodified form. Use the Assets to create a directly competing illustration/icon/template library. Include the raw files in templates/themes/plugins where end users can extract them. Use the Assets in illegal, defamatory, or hateful content, or in violation of third-party rights. Use the Assets to train AI/ML models or to build datasets for machine learning without our prior written consent. Circumvent seat limits by sharing source files within a team without proper licensing.
9) Extended / Enterprise Licenses
Contact LorisDan@gmail.com if you need: Redistribution in extractable templates. Large teams (more than N seats). OEM, app embedding of source files, or usage not covered here. Rights to create derivative libraries under special terms.
