We sell instant-access digital downloads. Because files are delivered immediately after checkout, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is completed.
Before You Buy
Please review product previews, descriptions, included formats, and compatibility notes carefully. If you have questions, email LorisDan@gmail.com before purchasing.
Duplicate/Technical Errors
While we don’t provide refunds, we will promptly fix access problems (e.g., broken links or corrupted archives) and correct duplicate charges if they occur through the payment processor. Email LorisDan@gmail.com with your order email, receipt/ID, and a brief description.
Chargebacks
Contact us first—most issues are quick to resolve. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide order and delivery records to the processor to resolve the dispute. Access to downloads may be suspended during review.
License on Non-Payment
If a payment is reversed or deemed fraudulent, the license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the files and stop using the assets.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (if applicable). If a remedy is required by law, we will comply.
