Single-seat (or team) commercial license for unlimited personal/client projects. No reselling/redistributing the source files or making a competing library. You may modify the illustrations. Attribution [not required/appreciated].
1) Acceptance
By accessing the Site or purchasing/downloading Assets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or age of majority).
3) Purchases & Delivery
Payments handled by third-party processors. Prices may change; taxes may apply. Download links delivered instantly after payment. Support: LorisDan@gmail.com.
4) License Grant (allowed)
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Assets in websites, apps, decks, brand materials, ads, social posts, Notion templates, PDFs, etc.; unlimited projects/impressions; allowed modifications; embed flattened/rasterized versions. Seats: default single-seat unless you buy a team license.
5) Prohibited uses
No reselling/redistribution of source files, no competing libraries, no sublicensing or including extractable source files in templates/themes, no unlawful/infringing/hateful content, no AI model training/dataset creation without written consent, no claiming ownership.
6) Client work
Clients may use embedded output within the delivered project only. For broad use of source files, clients must purchase their own license.
7) IP
All rights remain with Loris Dan
8) Refunds
Please note: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to download the free illustration pack beforehand to ensure the product meets your expectations. All purchases are made on an “as is” basis.
9) Updates
If your purchase includes lifetime updates, we’ll provide them via your payment platform account or email.
10) Accounts & Security
Keep credentials and download links secure. We may revoke access for abuse/violations.
11) Third-party links
Your use of processors/analytics/email tools is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
12) Disclaimers
Assets/Site are provided “as is.” No warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13) Liability
We’re not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits.
14) Indemnity
You’ll indemnify us for claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.
15) Compliance & Export
You must follow applicable laws, including export controls/sanctions.
16) Termination
We may suspend/terminate your license for breaches. On termination, stop using the Assets and delete copies (except already-delivered end products that comply with these Terms).
17) Governing law; disputes
Governing law: [e.g., New South Wales, Australia]. Courts of [e.g., Sydney, NSW] have exclusive jurisdiction. (Your non-excludable rights under local consumer laws remain.)
18) Changes
We may update these Terms; they’re effective when posted.
